July 2019 Arrived 15 mins after my call while on way to other job and saved the day. Friendly, efficient and helpful even when I couldn't find the toby!!!! May 2020.Very efficient and obliging. Came the day that suited me best. Nothing was a problem even though Brian had to go and buy me a new tap in midst of job. ( I had the got the wrong size fitting for my sink ). Excellent service. Another plumber came up with the solution of total unit replacement and Laser was able to replace a part for a fraction of the price, maintaining the aesthetic of the room.

Water was pouring through the light socket from in the ceiling. Rang Laser and they said well send someone right away. That they did and repaired it promptly. Great service with really nice staff.

Thanks Laser and the team. Prompt and efficient service as is usual. We had guests and the toilet started constantly flowing. The plumber (Brian) turned up replaced a washer and realigned things and now its good as gold.
