Absolutely fantastic! Anna in the office was lovely and very helpful, once we got our communication sorted she had someone on the job very quickly. The chap that came and did the repair was a very nice and friendly and explained everything well and was very diligent. He had a bit more than he bargained for as a second leak appeared after he repaired the initial leak but he got it sorted very quickly even though it was in a very difficult place. He is one of those rare treasures, a tradie who can think outside the box and think on his feet. The price was also reasonable for the amount, difficulty and time required for the work.

I liked the professionalism and knowledge Brian was great at explaining what he was doing even though he probably done this job a million times made me feel at ease top guy . Well worth the price in the invoice. Thanks very much.

Excellent service. Another plumber came up with the solution of total unit replacement and Laser was able to replace a part for a fraction of the price, maintaining the aesthetic of the room.

Replacement of submersible pump which of course happens at level 4. Prompt, professional service. They know what they are doing and give you confidence that the right repair is being done at an acceptable price. (But damn, if plumbing hardware isn't expensive) - sorry, inadvertently up voted my own review so disregard one of them!!
