Replacement of submersible pump which of course happens at level 4. Prompt, professional service. They know what they are doing and give you confidence that the right repair is being done at an acceptable price. (But damn, if plumbing hardware isn't expensive) - sorry, inadvertently up voted my own review so disregard one of them!!

Wonderful company to deal with. Friendly, helpful staff. No question or query from me was too hard. Advised I needed my septic tank cleaned out, when asked who I should contact offered to organise for me. Had someone here the following week. Highly recommend them

Absolutely fantastic! Anna in the office was lovely and very helpful, once we got our communication sorted she had someone on the job very quickly. The chap that came and did the repair was a very nice and friendly and explained everything well and was very diligent. He had a bit more than he bargained for as a second leak appeared after he repaired the initial leak but he got it sorted very quickly even though it was in a very difficult place. He is one of those rare treasures, a tradie who can think outside the box and think on his feet. The price was also reasonable for the amount, difficulty and time required for the work.

10 stars for Brian. He always answers our calls and comes up with a solution. AND I especially appreciate he never laughs at my silly suggestions (I'm sure he does on the inside) but just suggests a remedy. He really is an asset to your company!

When other places couldn't come urgently Laser Plumbing was there within 1 hour of calling. Thanks for the prompt service.

Water was pouring through the light socket from in the ceiling. Rang Laser and they said well send someone right away. That they did and repaired it promptly. Great service with really nice staff.

July 2019 Arrived 15 mins after my call while on way to other job and saved the day. Friendly, efficient and helpful even when I couldn't find the toby!!!! May 2020.Very efficient and obliging. Came the day that suited me best. Nothing was a problem even though Brian had to go and buy me a new tap in midst of job. ( I had the got the wrong size fitting for my sink ). This was in "lockdown" so I was very grateful. Service is definitely a strong point for Laser Plumbing. Thank you.

Excellent service. Another plumber came up with the solution of total unit replacement and Laser was able to replace a part for a fraction of the price, maintaining the aesthetic of the room.
